IV. Documentary requirements:
- Original Passbook/Certificate of time deposit or savings
- Latest statement of account (Print-out from deposit’s database)
- 2 valid IDs
- 2 pcs. 2×2 picture
- Proof of income of the borrower
- Proof of billing address
